Bring your identity document and any papers connected to your matter: court documents, contracts, correspondence, messages or police case numbers. The more we can read, the more useful our advice.

Our office is in Saulsville, Pretoria, and we appear in the Pretoria courts. We also assist clients elsewhere in South Africa where the matter allows, and we arrange telephone and email consultations where travel is impractical.

It depends on the court roll and whether the settlement agreement is signed by both parties. An unopposed matter with agreed terms usually moves faster than an opposed one, which can run for months. We give you a realistic estimate once we have read your papers.

Certain records can be expunged after a set period, subject to the offence and the sentence imposed. We assess your record and advise whether you qualify before any application is made.

Yes. Client information is treated as confidential and is discussed only with the people working on your matter, unless you instruct us otherwise or the law requires disclosure.

Consultation fees depend on the matter and the time required. We tell you the fee before the appointment so there are no surprises.

Defamation is the publication of a statement that harms your reputation without a valid defence. We assess what was said, where it was published and what damage followed, then advise on the remedies available.
